1. General Terms

By accessing and using CDSGA Hotel services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Reservation Policy

If you do not pay your reservation fee within 24 hours, it will not be secured for you.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Booking Policy

Even if you leave early, you will still have to pay the full amount of your payment.

5. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of processing your reservation and improving our services.

6. Liability

CDSGA Hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their valuables. The hotel provides safety deposit boxes at the front desk.

7. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest who violates hotel policies or disturbs other guests.

8. Damage to Property

Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors during their stay.
